Oakfield in Yardley Hastings was opened in June 2016 and comprises of 10 single en-suite rooms based in a grade 2 listed building, all finished to a high standard. The home was awarded dual registration for both residential care and supported living and offers people with a learning or physical difficulty a life of independance and learning. There are trained staff on duty 24 hours a day to assist with tasks and activities according to individual choice. Oakfield Yardley Hastings has many of the facilities that Oakfield at Easton Maudit offers, apart from the Good Life Project, where arrangements can be made for the individual to participate. Oakfield has big plans for the future including development of the large garden and provision of a sensory room for all who live within the home.

The home is situated just off the main road (A428) between Northampton and Bedford. It is a conveniently accessible location and is within easy walking distance of local shops, 2 village pubs and the local transport system.
