SENIOR SUPPORT/TEAM LEADER POST
A Full Time Senior Support/Team Leader Post - 37.5 hours per week
We are looking for an enthusiastic, forward thinking person to join our team to supervise, support and direct a rota team, maintain high standards of service delivery, follow and evaluate care plans, record all observations and activities, work with tenants and residents in their own homes with all aspects of everyday tasks and leisure activities, and to maintain effective communication with the management team. A structured rota will be followed but some flexibility will be needed to meet the needs of the individuals. Weekend working will be required.
Salary Range for this Post
£9.46 - £9.98 per hour (with enhancements for bank holidays) depending on age, qualifications and the satisfactory completion of a probationary period.
SUPPORTED LIVING POSTS
Two Full Time Supported Living Posts - 37.5 hours per week
We are looking for enthusiastic, forward thinking people to join our team to help tenants maintain and develop their independence, provide support in their own homes with all aspects of everyday tasks and personal care as well as enabling full participation in social and leisure activities. A structured rota will be followed but some flexibililty will be needed to meet the needs of the individuals. Weekend working will be required.
RESIDENTIAL CARE POSTS
Three Full Time Residential Care Posts - 37.5 hours per week
Maternity Cover (12 months temporary contract) - 37.5 hours per week
One Part Time Residential Care Post - 22.5 hours per week
Carers will provide a wide range of support roles with and for residents with their day to day activities and personal care needs in line with care plans. They will encourage residents to be as independent as is possible helping to identify and engage in new activities both on and off site. They will record all activities and observations and work with a team of dedicated colleagues in delivering the high standard of care for which Oakfield is recognized. Early and late shifts are required for these roles with some weekend working. Some flexibility will be needed due to the nature of the roles.
Salary Range for These Posts
£7.05 - £8.94 per hour (with enhancements for bank holidays) depending on age, qualifications and completion of a probationary period.
