RESIDENTIAL CARE POSTS

Full Time Residential Care post - 37.5 hours per week (Easton Maudit)

The carer will provide a wide range of support roles with and for residents with their day to day activities and personal care needs in line with care plans.  They will encourage residents to be as independent as is possible helping to identify and engage in new activities both on and off site.  They will record all activities and observations and work with a team of dedicated colleagues in delivering the high standard of care for which Oakfield is recognized.  Early and late shifts are required for these roles with some weekend working.  Some flexibility will be needed due to the nature of the roles.

House Keeper/Cleaner Post - 37.5 hours per week (Easton Maudit)

This post will be working as part of the Oakfield Team providing a safe, clean and homely environment within which each individual (residents and staff) can live a comfortable and healthy life. Duties will consist of managing all house keeping duties making sure they are completed to the highest possible standard. Ensuring residents rooms and en suite/bathroom facilities are clean and hygienic. Ensuring communal and public areas are clean, safe and welcoming. Making sure all health and safety, COSHH, RIDDOR and Food Hygiene practices are observed and maintained at all times. Checking and monitoring stock levels of cleaning materials and consumables ensuring that they are replaced regularly.  

Salary Range for all posts

£7.05 - £8.94 per hour (with enhancements for bank holidays) depending on age, qualifications and completion of a probationary period.
