Oakfield strives to deliver the highest quality of care to its residents. Quality of care is monitored on an on-going basis making use of self-assessment materials available from CQC.
In pursuance of this objective Oakfield produces annual Quality Assurance questionnaires during July/August which residents and their families, staff and professionals are invited to complete. Potential issues which require attention are thus identified and dealt with.
The results of the 2015 questionnaires are shown below. However, as these reports are so small as to be virtually illegible a full copy of the results may be obtained from our Operations Manager at Oakfield. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
